At Embellish By MJ, we believe in honest, upfront pricing and exceptional quality. Every epoxy project is custom, but our pricing structure helps you understand what to expect before moving forward.
All pricing below includes both materials and labor, using only premium, professional-grade epoxy systems.
Metallic Epoxy Flooring Pricing
Our metallic epoxy flooring systems are installed directly over existing surfaces and priced based on the substrate type:
$16 per sq. ft. – Coated over existing concrete
$17 per sq. ft. – Coated over wood subflooring
$18 per sq. ft. – Coated over existing tile flooring
Surface Removal Fees
If your space requires removal of existing materials, additional fees will apply, including but not limited to:
Carpet
Vinyl plank flooring
Tile flooring
Removal pricing is based on material type, condition, and square footage and will be discussed during your consultation.
Epoxy Countertop Pricing
We offer both epoxy overlay systems and fully built epoxy countertops:
$45 per sq. ft. – Epoxy overlay applied over existing countertops
$60 per sq. ft. – Newly built epoxy countertops
Design & Color Inclusions
Pricing includes up to 3 colors for your epoxy design
Additional colors, effects, specialty techniques, or custom finishes may increase the final price
Project Minimum
🔹 Our minimum project investment is $2,500.
This means we do not accept epoxy projects below this amount. This minimum allows us to maintain our high standards of craftsmanship, materials, and professional execution.

Custom Sample Board Process
After contracting is complete, we begin our custom sample board process.
Each sample board measures 2 feet by 2 feet (4 square feet)
Sample boards are designed to represent the colors, movement, and overall style of your project
They are not intended to represent the final project size
Think of the sample board as a scaled visual reference. While the board shows how colors interact and flow, your actual floor or countertop may be hundreds of square feet, meaning the final design will naturally expand and evolve across the full space.
Sample boards allow you to:
Visualize your design before installation
Confirm color combinations and style direction
Make adjustments prior to final approval
Once the sample board is approved, we move forward with confidence into full installation.
